After pickup at your hotel, make the first stop of the day in Majorelle Garden, where exotic plants have the dramatic backdrop of colorful art and architecture. Next, enter the historic Royal Kasbah to see the Saadian Tombs and then get a glimpse of life among Marrakech’s royal elite at the beautifully preserved Bahia Palace. If you’ve selected the optional tour guide, stretch your legs on a guided walking tour of the Old City, with narrow alleys and souks that are only accessible on foot. After a half-day of exploring Marrakech, finish the tour outside the city walls with a drive through the Palmeraie, a palm grove oasis with thousands of trees, Berber villages, and an exclusive mansion. If you’d like, the driver can help arrange a camel ride through the oasis before the day concludes with drop-off at your hotel.
