Get ready for an unforgettable adventure, the day starts early with pick-up from your accommodation in Cusco, then take a picturesque bus ride to Ollantaytambo train station. From there, board the Panoramic train that will take you through spectacular scenery to Aguas Calientes, the vibrant village at the foot of the citadel. Upon arrival, you will be assisted to take the bus that ascends to the entrance of Machu Picchu itself. Once there, you will dive into a guided tour exploring the mysteries and grandeur of this Inca citadel, marvel at its engineering, its temples and its impressive location. After the visit, you will descend back to Aguas Calientes, where you will have free time to have lunch and enjoy local cuisine. In the afternoon, you will take the train back to Ollantaytambo, where a bus will be waiting to take you comfortably back to your accommodation in Cusco, culminating a day full of history and wonder.
