During your peaceful, rejuvenating day of mindful movement, breath, and nature, your experience begins with a warm and gentle intention-setting and centering into the present moment. You'll be guided through a soulful yoga session (tailored to restore your mind and body), blending therapeutic movement, mindful breathwork, and deep relaxation. This session will reconnect you with feeling good in your body, calming your mind, and restoring balance to your being. Please note: There is availability of choosing other locations that are more suitable to your needs, along with length of time - from 1.5 hours to an all day experience blending in yoga nidra, journaling, energy clearing, and healing practices.
