Upon your arrival in the heart of Bologna, you will be welcomed in an authentic and convivial environment, where you will have the opportunity to meet the other participants. We will start with a 1-hour practical lesson, led by an expert sfoglina, during which you will learn how to prepare strictly by hand tortellini and tagliatelle, following traditional techniques and using typical ingredients of the territory. Once you have finished the preparation you will live a moment of true conviviality: we will all enjoy together the dishes prepared by you, accompanied by an appetizer with cold cuts, tigelle and local wine.
