This experience is led by a female instructor who holds an International Sommelier of Sake certification and welcomes guests wearing a traditional kimono. Participants will learn about the history of sake, brewing methods, different types, and how to read labels so they can confidently choose sake that suits their taste.
During the tasting, you will enjoy carefully curated pairings of seven different types of Japanese sake with complementary snacks, discovering how sake and food enhance each other. You’ll also explore how the flavor and aroma of sake can change depending on the vessel, while appreciating the beauty and uniqueness of traditional sake cups.
