[Applicable groups] The Karoo Ice and Snow Stadium is a high-risk sports venue. Ice and snow sports are somewhat dangerous. Children under 1.5 meters, seniors aged 60 and above, and people with disabilities are recommended to be accompanied by adults with safety supervision capabilities to purchase tickets.
After entering the venue, you can play in the snow entertainment projects that are actually open on the day for 2 hours. Snow suits, snow shoes, and lockers are provided for free without a deposit. They must be returned after the end. If there is any damage, please compensate according to the price announced by the venue; this product is only Only in the snow entertainment area, please do not bring ski equipment. Once discovered, the staff has the right to refuse to bring ski equipment into the ski resort;

The time for each session of the ticket refers to the admission time, such as the morning session (10:00-12:30). Visitors can choose to swipe the code between 10:00-12:30 to enter the game. The time will start when the QR code is swiped. Please note that admission is not limited to 10:00 and exit is limited to 12:30.
- Tickets are only valid for one entry and exit to the venue on the day of play, and will be invalid upon expiration. Please pay attention to the latest business hours of the day. To ensure sufficient play time, please arrange your travel itinerary reasonably. - Kalu Ice and Snow World is the "Guangdong Province Ice and Snow Sports Training Base", located in the Mission Hills Ecological Sports Commune in Longhua District, Shenzhen
- Kalu Ice and Snow World covers an area of about 12,000 m2, consisting of a ski hall (about 5,400 m2), an ice skating hall of about 4,000 m2, and a comprehensive service hall (about 2,800 m2). The three venues are all built with new air membrane structure technology, and the air membrane can provide an ultra-high space without beams and columns
- The ski hall is divided into a ski area and a snow entertainment area. There is a parent-child warm room restaurant and a DIY craft room in the middle of the first floor. The venue conducts DIY and other activities from time to time. Please refer to the on-site announcement for details
- Ski tickets can be used to experience skiing, which is divided into 2-hour skiing and 3-hour skiing. For specific rights and interests, please refer to the product description. Overtime surcharge standard
Overtime surcharge: The timekeeping rules of Karu Ice and Snow World are as follows: the time starts when you swipe your ticket to enter the gate and ends when you exit the gate. If you exceed the ticket time, it will be considered as overtime. Please pay the difference according to the price announced on site
【Overtime fee reference: ¥40/30 minutes/person, overtime fee will be charged for every half hour overtime, and less than half an hour will be calculated as half an hour. 】
Example: 40 yuan will be charged for overtime of 29 minutes, and 80 yuan will be charged for overtime of 31 minutes
