Our Favourites

As a traditional hospitality method that has been passed down for a long time, "making udon noodles" is a popular experience. In a retro-style house surrounded by greenery, you knead the dough with your feet, roll it flat with a rolling pin, and cut it into your preferred thickness. When it is finished, it is cooked on the spot and eaten with seasonal vegetable tempura grown without pesticides. You can also freely choose the seasoning of the soup and the combination of ingredients. Enjoy the warmth and deliciousness of the countryside in a leisurely environment. All ingredients are plant-based, so vegetarians can also enjoy it with confidence.
