* Get unlimited rides on the Sanyo Shinkansen (including NOZOMI and MIZUHO, between Hakata and Okayama), Limited Express and local trains (including Rapid services) in the area with non-reserved seats, the JR-West Miyajima Ferry, and Chugoku JR Bus in the area; please note that the pass must be used within the valid period and the service range is subject to change

• If the ticket machine is out of service or you do not have an e-passport, please visit the designated stations and redeem the pass at the green ticket booth - JR West Ticket Office (Manual): Present your e-voucher and passport to the JR Ticket Office (Midori-no-madoguchi, also known as the Green Window) to exchange for a physical ticket
• There will be no name and passport verification if you choose to collect from the ticket vending machine; however, if you exchange at the counter, the staff will check the name on the voucher and the passport
• Ticket machines are only available for travelers with an e-passport. If you do not have an e-passport or the passport does not work at the ticket machine, please visit the ticket office for a manual exchange - Collect reserved seat ticket: Please redeem the ticket at the green ticket booth or green ticket machine before using
• How to redeem
• If you've run out of reserved seat quota or haven't redeemed the reserved seat ticket, you can still use the pass to ride unreserved seats
• Passes that include unlimited reserved seats: if using the 7th or more times, please go to the green ticket booth to reserve manually and do not redeem at the machine
★ eMCO purchased before 30 September 2023 will also enjoy unlimited reserved seats if it is redeemed and designated for use after 1 October 2023

- JR tickets operate under a registration system, with a very complicated booking process. Therefore, please ensure that you have provided the required information in order to make a purchase. Please bear in mind that Over The Planet is not liable for any delays due to insufficient or incorrect information provided by travelers.
- Children require a child pass if occupying a seat in a reserved-seat carriage or traveling alone
- Luggage Restrictions: Passengers may bring up to two pieces of luggage, not including carry-ons and smaller bags, each piece may not weigh more than 30kg and its length, width and depth may not add up to more than 250cm, while its length may not exceed 200cm

- Passengers are not allowed to purchase or redeem more than 1 pass/ticket of the same period

- Each adult or JR Okayama-Hiroshima-Yamaguchi Area Pass holder may bring 2 children aged 1 - 5 for free, the third (and so on) child will require a child pass, please consider before booking
- Free admission for children aged under 1
- Children who requires a reserved seat in an ordinary car and individual children are required to purchase a child pass
- JR tickets operate under a registration system, with a very complicated booking process. Therefore, please make sure to provide the correct required info when booking, failure to do so may result in ticket issue delay, travelers will be held liable and surcharges will apply to booking changes
- JR PASS eMCO E-Ticket Pick-Up: in addition to the standard JR green ticket counters, JR green ticket machines marked with "5489" in west Japan are also available for ticket pick-up, please visit the official website for details
- Ticket exchange service at the ticket machine is only available for travelers with an e-passport. Travelers without an e-passport need to approach the ticket counter for ticket exchange
- Reserved seats must be booked in advance. Some trains only provide reserved seats
