Inclusions

  • The rental device must be returned to any of the designated locations after the rental period
  • The quality of connection may be affected by outside conditions; surrounding landforms (i.e. mountains), weather, obstruction by buildings, the number of users, or location which will affect the speed and quality of internet
  • According to International Fair Use Policy, no refund will be available when your device is throttled or rendered unserviceable in the following cases: Streaming TV/video online in a prolonged period, downloading large files, playing online games, etc.
  • After your FINAL rental date, you will have 5 days to return your device without a late fee. After the 5th day without return there is a USD $10/day late fee.

The voucher must be redeemed on the selected date and within operating hours; Invalid after expiration

Surcharge

- If lost or damaged (beyond repair) the Wi-Fi device is $200
- If you lose the case it is $10
- If you lose the USB cable it is $10
- If you lose the adapter it is $10
After your final rental date, you will have 5 days to return your device without a late fee.
After the 5th day without return it is a $10/day USD late fee.
