SPA CENTRAL was founded in 2009 to create one of the first boutique day spas in Batam. International guests travelling to Batam were often misguided when it came to selecting a reputable day spa to relax and unwind. Spa Central was one of those unique places where you could feel at home and be treated professionally.

- A child below the age of 12 years old must be accompanied in the treatment room or in the waiting room.
- Guest under the age of 18 years old will require written parental consent and must be at least 12 years old to receive spa treatment(s).
- Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment time.
- Smoking and consumption is not permitted in the spa premises.
- Please notify the spa receptionist upon making your appointments as well as the therapist before receiving your spa treatment(s).
