Refunds are not eligible in the following cases:

  • The SIM card has expired
  • The SIM card has been activated successfully
  • The location of use does not meet the signal requirements
  • The mobile device has customized settings that prevent the use of some or all features of the SIM card
  • The mobile device is network locked or SIM locked
  • The buyer is dissatisfied with the internet speed or quality (due to network strength at the location, due to the customer's device not meeting requirements, etc.)
  • Other reasons after the SIM card has been activated
  • The buyer does not contact the provider when a product issue occurs
