Hongcun Ancient Village
Your local friendly guide and the driver will pick up at your place in Huangshan (Hotel, railway station or airport). Enjoy the comfortable and scenic ride to Hongcun village. Upon arrival, follow your guide to explore the 800-year-old village, known as the “Painter’s village”, here appreciate the traditional Huizhou style architecture from Ming and Qing Dynasty, the tranquil lake, see the interesting markets, visit the bamboo sea and find the footprints of the famous film “Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon”. Take a break and savor a delightful local lunch base on your dietary requests.
Xidi Ancient Village
In the afternoon continue the tour to Xidi village, a peaceful ancient village with more than 900 years history, here see some hidden charm such as Ming dynasty stone arched entrance, traditional old houses surrounded by green mountains, paddy fields, clear streams. Take in the picturesque countryside scenery and learn the rural life, custom, folks and history from your guide. Around evening you will get transferred to your Huangshan hotel, railway station or airport.
