In this tour you can trek among Mount Daifuku and visit the sacred Sutra Mounds with a real Shugendo practitioner. Enjoy a delicious meal of seldom-on-the-market Kuroushi beef and local seafood. The tour stops by the Naniwa Sake Brewery established in the Edo period for some sake tasting and shopping. A private taxi will take you to each location. Trekking will be about 4hrs (9.5km).

It was established in Yamanaka-mura, Hine-gun, Izuminokuni (present-day Yamanaka-kei, Hannan City, Osaka Prefecture), at the northern foot of the Onoyama Pass. Yamanaka-kei is located at the southeastern edge of Hannan City and is mostly mountainous except for the villages around the road that runs along the Yamanaka River in the center of the area. The road was considered important from ancient times as the shortest route between Kyoto and the national capital of Kii Province, because the national capital was just a short distance away when crossing the Onoyama Pass to the south.
It is said that there was a place of worship called Irie Shukuyaku Zao in Yamanaka-mura, Hine-gun, Senshu (Yamanaka-kei, Hannan City), where the fourth part of Myoho-renge-kyo Shinwaishinsha was delivered, and it was also called Sakura Jizo because there was an old cherry tree nearby in the past.
