In the workshop we will spend an amazing time where you will roll up your sleeves and will learn how to prepare some typical local dishes. At your arrival you will try agua de panela, a typical local refreshing drink. You will be then introduced to the local ingredients and the dishes that we will prepare. We have different menus depending on the OPTION you choose. From Cartagena classics menus such as Topside beef or red snapper to Ceviche or Seafood stew menus. During the course you will also learn how to fillet a fish; recognize the quality of ingredients when buying them; and some other cooking tips that will make your friends and family’s jaws drop. You also have the OPTION to book a Market tour + Cooking class. Optional: rum tasting experience during lunch, payable on-site.
