Welcome to our family! We are Rocco and Carla and together with our little helper Alexandro and Mamma Annamaria we are waiting for you for a unique experience. The passion for good food and the reciprocal experiences in the restaurant world have given life to our project: to combine gastronomic passion, family traditions and genuine food cooked with the products of our land. Already Papa Beniamino (BÈ), he delighted his guests from all over the world in the 60s, offering them culinary experiences. Since 2019 we have dedicated ourselves full time to your idea of hospitality "like in a family". There is nothing that makes us more proud to pass on our recipes, traditions and our love for food, keeping its memory intact.

What's included in Genuine Home Cooking Class + Wine Tasting
(Subject to Option Inclusions)The meeting place is located a few steps from the main beach (La Praia), the NaturArte artistic route and the very famous Praiano watchtower. Once they arrive home, our guests will sit down to drink a glass of wine made by us and taste a small homemade aperitif, after breaking the ice they will get to work. They will prepare the starter, two types of pasta and sauce (depends on the preparation) and the dessert, using products from our garden or from our fishing moments, following our family's recipes. They will sit at the table enjoying all their work and finishing with the dessert and the handcrafted digestive or digestives. They will leave us with the awareness of having lived a unique experience and having enriched their culinary experience. The menu and recipes vary based on seasonality and the harvest in the garden and the daily catch. Below are some menu examples.

- I'll wait for you in P.zza Moressa in front of "La Moressa Italian Bistro" restaurant in Praiano, from there we will walk together along the pedestrian street for a few minutes in the direction of the church of S. Tommaso.
