When you enter the garden gate, especially from april to September, you will find yourself immersed in a peaceful and magical garden, filled with aromatic herbs and medicinal herbs. Over 300 common and unusual medicinal herbs grow in Maravel garden. Intermingled with the herbs are a variety of flowering trees and annual and perennial flowers that feed the pollinators.

Maravel Garden
First stop is the magnificent four acre botanical garden of Crete "Maravel Garden". There you will experience a massie selection of medicinal herbs that grow alongside the endemic plants of Crete Learn the secrets of herbal medicines with a one hour free tour.
Spili
the next stop is a short 10 minute photostop at Spili where you encounter 25 lion stone heads from the mouths of which flows an endless supply of clear fresh mountain water.
Kourtaliotiko Gorge
Just before arriving at Preveli beach one last photostop at Kourtaliotis gorge for 10 minutes to enjoy the breathtaking view of the gorge.
