From Barcelona: Medieval villages of the Volcanic Garrotxa.
On this excursion from Barcelona we will make a trip to the Middle Ages through the villages of the interior and cross the volcanic lands of La Garrocha.
We will begin our journey to the past in Rupit. Where after a short visit with our guide you can get lost among its cobblestone streets. You can cross the famous Suspension Bridge, a true symbol of the town.
We will cross the volcanic lands of the Garrocha Natural Park to Besalú. There we are greeted by its majestic Romanesque bridge and after a brief visit with our guide you can walk its streets full of memories in which the medieval air is breathed. Take advantage of the free time to taste some of your typical volcanic cuisine.
The last stop is Pals, where you can finish the day with panoramic views of the area and walk the streets of this ancient medieval villa.
