(Subject to Option Inclusions)Once the tour is booked, you’ll receive a confirmation via email or WhatsApp with all tour details, including date, time, pickup location, and contact info. • Make sure to double-check the location provided—especially if you’re staying at an Airbnb or private villa.
2. Pickup Time Notification • The day before the tour, you’ll receive a pickup time window (usually 45–60 minutes before the boat departure). • A reminder message will be sent the evening before the tour to confirm your pickup.
3. Day of the Tour – Be Ready Early • Please be ready at the main lobby or entrance of your hotel or villa at least 5–10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time. • For private villas or Airbnb’s, wait outside the property where you can be easily seen.
4. Transport Arrival • The transport vehicle (usually a minivan or bus) will arrive with a friendly, uniformed driver. • The driver will have your name and confirm you’re going to the Infinity Party Boat. • If you’re unsure, feel free to ask them to confirm your name and destination.
5. Transfer to the Marina • The ride to the marina is usually 15–30 minutes, depending on your location. • Enjoy a comfortable, air-conditioned ride with music and friendly service
