At Oka Naosaburo-Shoten, maker of "Japan's Best Soy Sauce" for over 200 years, guests will enjoy a tour of the brewery, learning about the traditional methods used in the production of soy sauce and enjoying a sampling of soy sauce flavored ice cream.
