Palermo Soho
We start the tour in a small wine bar, here its owners await us to taste only boutique wines, limited bottles and from small vineyards but of excellent quality, the perfect pairing we do with replicas of cheeses from all over the world but made with Argentine milk. We continue our journey while we get to know the picturesque neighborhood of Palermo. The guide who tells you everything! Soho and Hollywood !. Its beginnings, the traditional chorizo houses and the street art that decorates every corner. We arrive at the last stop, a wine bar with views from the terrace and the sunset, ideal for the sommelier to start the next tasting, with clay-baked empanadas, typical of our local cuisine. And like good Argentinians, the last toast cannot be missed without that sweet touch and thus close our tour in the best way.
