See the Arc de Triomphe, one of the most well-known structures in Paris, France. It is located in the middle of Place Charles de Gaulle, originally known as Place de l'Étoile—the "star" or étoile of the intersection formed by its twelve radiating avenues—at the western end of the Champs-Élysées.
