- In the unlikely event of a tour cancellation, you will be notified in advance, and we will offer the choice of an alternative date, a different tour, or a full reimbursement

- Take the MRT Blue Line to Khlong Toei Station (Exit 1). From there, it's a short 5–10 minute ride by taxi or motorbike taxi to the pier—just tell the driver "Wat Khlong Toei Nok Pier" where local ferries depart to Bang Krachao. While walkable, a quick ride is recommended for comfort.

Please present your booking confirmation, either printed or on your mobile device, to the tour guide upon arrival at the meeting point at Wat Khlong Toei Nok Pier. Kindly ensure you arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled start time for check-in and the safety briefing. Your confirmation serves as your ticket; no physical ticket exchange is required. Please note that tickets are non-transferable and must be used by the named participant(s) on the booking. Look for your guide holding a sign with the tour name or wearing identifiable tour attire for assistance upon arrival.
