Dujiangyan Irrigation System
Our guide will pick you up in the morning.After 1.5 hours driving,you will arrive Dujiangyan Irrigation system which has irrigated Chengdu for over 2200 years.It is regarded as the soul of Chengdu which is reputed as the Land of abundance.The project consists 3 main parts which are Fish mouth water-divinding dam, Flying-sand fence and Bottle-neck channel. You will be escorted by our guied to unveil the secret of this ancient irrigation system.Three hours will be necessary for the tour .
It takes 30minutes driving from Dujiangyan to Mt.Qingcheng wich is renowned as the birthplace of Chinese Daoism.You will be escorted by our guide to explore the Mt.Qingcheng by hiking,cable car,and boat to ascend to the top of the mountain.You have chance to visit many traditional and unique Daoist buildings on the way up.It is a perfect place to learn Chinese culture in depth.Further more,the landscape in the Mt.Qingcheng is more charming with high covering by tranquil forest .It will take you 4 hours exploring the moutain.After that,take private transfer back by 1.5hours driving.
