We’ll start at JCS in Lusaka, a well-known Chinese food market that offers a mix of Chinese and local Zambian produce. As we walk through, you’ll get a sense of how these two cultures blend — in the food, the people, and the everyday rhythm of the market. We’ll pause for a drink here and take a moment to get to know each other before we move on.
And the food? Get ready. You’ll enjoy 5+ hand-picked dishes, loved by locals and packed with Zambian flavour. There are a variety of different protein options including - juicy T-bone steak, perfectly grilled sausage, fresh fish, and even a range of vegetarian and vegan options, there’s something for everyone.
