The cooking class will take place in an ancient 19th century farmhouse, completely immersed in nature! We will only use water and durum wheat flour to prepare the dough. At the end of the preparation, you will enjoy the dish of orecchiette that you have made with your own hands!
You will live an authentic Apulian experience, you will discover how to make homemade pasta with Daniela's help, you will learn to make the most typical and famous pasta shape: orecchiette! You start by preparing the dough with only water and local durum wheat flour, then you will learn the technique for making orecchiette, finally you will cook them with tomato sauce or turnip tops and taste your pasta dish with a good glass of wine like real Salento people!
