We will meet at Palermo central train station and we will take the train for Roccapalumba Alia where is located my farm. We will make a special cooking class in my farmhouse! I have a restaurant family in my farm from 40 years. We will preapare tipical plates of the sicilian tradition, using the products of my farme. we will prepare 3 shapes of pasta and we will prepare the most important sicilian dessert, cannoli. We will have fun and we will cook in a strict contact with nature. My farm is 300 ectar of field where growth grains, vegetable, tomatos, grapes and olive. we will start to make a wonderful breakfast and let's start to cook. it will be a unique experience
