Create the foundational spice paste known as "Base Gede," which serves as a cornerstone for many Balinese and Indonesian dishes

Start with a visit to the local market (available in the morning class only). Participants will then trek to a rice field where they will gain insight into the traditional agricultural techniques used in Bali. After that, we'll show you around our culinary space and teach you how to prepare a traditional Balinese daily gift called Canang Sari. Eat what you've prepared by the conclusion of the course.
