If you let us know when you make your reservation, we can change the item. Since all of our menu items are prepared in the same kitchen, there is a possibility that minute amounts of allergens that are not originally contained in the ingredients may be mixed in during the cooking process. We will do our best to provide dishes that are free of allergens, but we cannot guarantee that allergens will be completely removed. For customers with severe food allergies, we place top priority on the safety of our customers, so please understand that we may not be able to provide food or drinks.

As you know, sushi can be a pricey product, but in line with our philosophy, we want to provide the highest quality at reasonable prices, as befits Sushi Midori. We operate by reservation only, so that our customers can enjoy our "refined sushi" at their leisure.
