Visitors without Special Access/Temple Structure Tickets are not allowed to climb up to the Top Level of Borobudur Temple. Visitors are only allowed to visit Zone 1 (Temple Yard/Ground and Temple Park) of Borobudur Temple.
Borobudur and Prambanan Temples are RESTRICTED on Mondays. Zone 1 of the respective Temples is inaccessible on Mondays. However, other than Zone 1, other areas are still accessible.
A surcharge of IDR IDR 75,000 - 250,000 per booking will apply if for the pick up service in Borobudur, Kaliurang, Gunung Kidul, Prambanan, Kulon Progo, and Parangtritis area , payable onsite to the driver.
Kindly choose the correct unit according to your nationality. If you are an Indonesian, you can choose the ID Residence unit. If you are a non-Indonesian, you can choose the Non-ID Residence unit. This is following the regulation set by the authority of Borobudur and Prambanan Temple with regards to the entrance ticket to Borobudur and Prambanan Temples.
