- Age and Safety: Customers under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Pregnant women may join if under 24 weeks by the trip's end.
- Room Details All hotel rooms are equipped with either two Full/Double beds or one King/Queen bed, depending on availability at the hotel on the day of check-in. The maximum occupancy per room is four travelers.
- Tickets and Charges: City Passes and personal attraction tickets are not accepted. Attraction prices may change, and tickets are non-refundable.
- Booster Seats: For state law, Children under the age of 6 require a booster seat in order to participate in the tour group. Please understand that the violations and fines are borne by the guests themselves. There is no need for a booster seat for bus travel on the day of travel.
- Room Selection For parties exceeding four guests or for those desiring separate rooms, please create separate bookings.

- Leaving the Group: If leaving the group early, inform the tour guide and sign a departure form. No refunds for unused portions.

- Hotel Rooms: Hotel rooms accommodate 2-4 guests, with varying bed types(e.g., King/Queen beds or two twin beds) and deposit rules. Deposits are usually processed via credit card.
- Closed Attractions: If a scenic spot is closed, an alternative will be provided. COVID-19 may affect attraction hours and capacity.
- Booking Details: Ensure all booking details (name, contact, flight info) are accurate. Errors will result in personal costs.
- Itinerary Changes:Tour operator reserves the right to adjust the itinerary for smooth operations.
- Health Requirements: Guests with disabilities must provide advance notice. Wheelchair-accessible buses are not guaranteed without prior approval.

Please notify your order number or invoice number upon payment.Present your receipt and voucher upon check-in. In the event of a temporary cancellation within 3 days prior to departure: -If the first two guests in a room proceed with the tour as scheduled, but the third or fourth guest (entitled to participate for free) cancels or is a no-show on the day of departure, a penalty will be imposed. -The penalty will be 50% of the original price for two persons sharing one room, per each guest who cancels. - Please ensure to notify us of any changes in your booking to avoid penalties. Please arrive at the starting point 5-10 mins before departure time. Know Before You Go Late Passengers: Late passengers have a maximum 10-minute grace period. JUPITER LEGEND and CTOUR HOLIDAYS is not liable for delays or missed connections. Vehicle Transfers: Passengers may be transferred to another vehicle if needed.
