The instructor is a professional chef with an educational background and 7 years of experience in Korean cuisine. You'll get hands-on training from a professional chef and learn a good recipe that can easily be repeated at home. The studio is a traditional Korean house, Honok, so you'll see and feel the traditional Korean atmosphere while cooking. The place is easily accessible to Gyeongbokgung Palace.
We will make Korean picnic food, Kimbap, but specially, we will make Bulgogi Kimbap! (If you have beef food restriction, another substitution is available. Please let me know.) The chef will demonstrate how to make boneless Korean fried chicken, which is a good combination with Kimbap for a picnic or special party. Each participant will cook their dish from scratch following the chef’s instructions. A beverage made by the chef will be offered as a welcome drink. The space is perfect for taking photos during and after the class, and you can enjoy your food in the studio or take it to go. (Since the studio is near the Gyeongbokgung Palace, you can ask the chef to pack your food in a picnic box) After the meal, we'll have vanilla ice cream topped with a traditional Korean honey cookie for dessert.
