Redeem
Ticket Redemption
All tickets must be redeemed 4 hour prior to boarding the boat. Your excursion guide will assemble the group in the parking lot before entering the dock. For example, if your excursion departs at 3:00p, you must meet your guide by 2:45p to redeem your ticket and consider it valid. Any late arrivals will be turned away without a potential to reschedule for a later time or date.
