Please be responsible for your personal belongings. Klook / the operator will not be held liable for any lost belongings during the trip

Please arrive at the designated pickup point 15 minutes early

For hotel pickups, please arrive at the pickup point 5 minutes early; if you are late and miss the tour, you will be responsible for the consequences

The itinerary times are for reference only and may be affected by weather or traffic conditions on the day, so please plan accordingly

The order of the itinerary may be adjusted, and the final arrangement will be based on the actual tour day

If a guest cancels or changes their booking due to illness or other personal reasons, the cancellation policy will apply

Adults and children are charged the same price ; infants under 3 years old will be charged an additional seat fee of AUD 60 per person
