We start by picking you up at your hotel or Airbnb in Mexico City very early. We head to the balloon port, where you'll enjoy a coffee break while watching the balloons inflate. Then, you'll experience an unforgettable flight over Teotihuacán and receive your flight certificate with time for photos. Afterwards, you will have a buffet breakfast in a typical restaurant. We continue with a visit to a local cooperative, where you'll learn about the use of obsidian and the artisanal process of making mezcal, tequila, and pulque. You can also purchase handicrafts made by local communities. We conclude with a tour of the Teotihuacán archaeological site, including the Avenue of the Dead, the Temple of Quetzalcoatl, the museum, and the majestic Pyramids of the Sun and the Moon. At the end of your Teotihuacan experience, we'll gladly return you directly to your hotel or Airbnb. Pickup is provided directly from your hotel or accommodation within central areas of Mexico City (such as Reforma, Polanco, Roma, Condesa, or the Historic Center). If your location is outside this area, we will gladly assign you a nearby, easy-to-find meeting point. One day before the tour, we will contact you via WhatsApp or email to confirm the exact time and all the details. We ask you to be ready at the entrance of the accommodation 10 minutes before THE DRIVER WILL ARRIVE AND IDENTIFY HIMSELF AND WITH A SMILE TO START THE ADVENTURE

Travelers do not need to exchange any tickets or present printed or digital passes for entry. The operator handles all access included in the experience, both for the balloon flight and for entry to the Teotihuacan archaeological site. They simply need to arrive punctually at the agreed meeting point, from where they will be accompanied by assigned personnel throughout the activity. It is recommended to carry official identification and follow the instructions of the guide or driver. Everything is organized so that participants can enjoy the tour without worrying about paperwork or ticket exchanges. There's no need to wait in line at the ticket office or present any additional receipts. In case of any questions or changes, the operator will contact the client before the tour date.
