Alcatraz and City Tour Express
Enjoy two Classic Same Day San Francisco experiences — a visit inside Alcatraz Island and a two hour round trip non Stop Express city tour excursion by selected open air buses/van/Tuk-tuks from Fisherman’s Wharf. Guests will start their day with our express tour then take an assigned time ferry ride to Alcatraz and on the SAME day. Guests will be allotted enough time in between to comfortably walk and both attractions.
No frills! Just thrills! Our basic tour is designed to be an optional economical introduction to the city for those in a hurry! This experience does not offer any stops with re-entry with this package.
Guests will be assigned to either an Alcatraz/afternoon City Tour or Morning City Tour/afternoon Alcatraz based on our reserved voucher times. Guests will be required to meet a check in agent for their bus portion of this event. Guests do not need to take the city tour portion if they only want to complete Alcatraz.

Alcatraz Island
Step on Alcatraz Island and experience the past civil war fort, a military prison and one of the most notorious federal penitentiaries in US history. Alcatraz Island boat and admission is included. Guests will walk from bus start location to Alcatraz Pier 33. Guests will also have access to an audio tour on their personal cell phones.
Golden Gate BridgePass-by Only
Guests will cross the Golden Gate Bridge by bus. There will be no opportunity to stop for photos as bus will continue on the route.
Palace of Fine Arts TheatrePass-by Only
The Palace of Fine Arts was one of ten palaces at the heart of the Panama-Pacific Exhibition.

- This is not a private tour. Guests will be grouped together safely and socially distanced.

- Night Tours of Alcatraz and night city tour are not included

- City Tour Express does not offer any stop for pictures or re-entry

Meeting / End Points
- Guests depart Fisherman's Wharf for the City Tour. We will advise guests of the exact bus departure location and time to meet 2-3 days in advance by email. The bus portion is scheduled on same day as Alcatraz with time in between to experience both attractions.
Redeem
Ticket Redemption
2 Days prior all guests will receive by email their Alcatraz Time of Departure Admission Voucher and Shuttle Bus ticket by the end of the day. They will also receive their instructions on how to redeem all vouchers . Don't have your time slot? Email [email protected] for a resend within two days in! We reserve the right to designate what size bus we operate for this tour based on demand. Guests do not pick their departure times!
