Booking the ServiceCustomers conveniently book their transfer through Viator by selecting their destination and providing essential details such as the number of passengers, luggage specifications, and any special requests. Upon confirmation, they receive an email with all trip details, including the driver’s information for a seamless experience.
Pick-Up ProcessFor airport pickups, the driver greets customers in the Arrivals Hall, holding a clearly visible nameboard at the designated Meeting Point. For non-airport locations, the driver arrives promptly at the specified address. Assistance is provided for loading luggage, and any customer preferences, such as music or air conditioning settings, are accommodated to ensure comfort.
The TransferPassengers enjoy a premium, air-conditioned ride in a modern vehicle. Equipped with GPS, the driver ensures the most efficient and smooth route to the destination. For added comfort, amenities such as bottled water and Wi-Fi (when included) are available, elevating the travel experience.
Arrival at the DestinationUpon reaching the destination, passengers are safely dropped off at the specified address. The driver unloads all luggage and ensures customer satisfaction by offering a friendly farewell, leaving passengers with a lasting positive impression of the service.This streamlined process guarantees a professional and stress-free journey from start to finish.

MEETING POINT LOCATION The designated meeting point at Lisbon Airport is in the Arrivals Hall. After passing through customs and baggage claim, follow the signs directing you to the “Meeting Point” area. IDENTIFYING YOUR DRIVER A receptionist or the driver will be stationed at the Meeting Point holding signs with passenger names. Please locate the sign with your name, and they will guide you to your assigned vehicle. COMMUNICATION AND CONNECTIVITY Ensure your phone is switched on to receive any messages or calls from your driver. Lisbon Airport offers complimentary WiFi, allowing you to stay connected if needed. Your booking includes 15 minutes of waiting time - or 45 minutes if your pick-up point is at the Lisbon Airport. As long as we know your flight details, we will adjust your pick-up time to factor in any delays. ________________________IMPORTANT INFO ________________________ If we haven´t heard from you before or during the waiting time, please bare in mind that we can consider this service not-executable and the driver may consider it a “Client No-Show”. This service is a not-refundable. If you will not be arriving at your destination within the specified wainting time period, please reconfirm with the local service provider prior to travel, or upon arrival at your destination. Make sure you leave enough time to get to your destination. Our estimated journey times do not take into account traffic conditions and other unforeseen circumstances - or your own travel requirements (e.g. how long before take-off you need to check in at an airport). If your plans change, you can cancel your trip free of charge - 24 (twenty four) hours before the scheduled pick-up time. You will be notified of the relevant cancellation policy during the booking process. Please read the pick-up instructions carefully. We will send you our service provider's contact details no later than 24 hours prior to your journey. If you have any problems, just get in touch.
