Pick you up from the selected hotels in Cairns

Commence the adventure with a scenic coastal drive from Cairns to Port Douglas. This is the far north’s very own great ocean road and provides panoramic views over the sparkling Coral Sea

Heading north our first stop is at Mossman Gorge, which is in the southern sector of the world-famous Daintree National Park. This gorge has been carved out by the cold mountain waters of the Mossman River, which winds through large granite boulders, bordered by lush green rainforest. It’s a magical place and you’ll participate in a “Welcome to Country” with the traditional owners, the Kuku Yalanji people, who will also cleanse you of evil spirits with a smoke ceremony and apply traditional rainforest body paint to you.

— What You Can Expect —

World’s Oldest Tropical Rainforests. The Daintree National Park is a landscape of towering mountains, lowland forests, rainforest rivers, mangroves and beaches. Ancient plants, climbing vines, endangered animals and estuarine crocodiles.

Home to the oldest living culture on earth, and a place early European explorers ran into some tribulations. This complex and living landscape is World Heritage listed and is where we take you, on one big day of rainforest adventures. The tour will show you all the highlights that the Daintree Rainforest, Cape Tribulation Region and Mossman Gorge have to offer. From an Indigenous Welcome to Country and Smoke Ceremony, to a wildlife cruise on the Daintree River (not included in the budget price), swimming in Mossman Gorge, exploring rainforest boardwalks and getting sandy feet at Cape Tribulation, you’ll do it all. The Rainforest Guides share their knowledge of the history, flora and fauna of the Daintree Rainforest, creating connection between you and the natural environment around you.

So don't hesitate, and grab your chance to explore some of the world's most valued natural wonders for a grand day out! Best of all, tour with peace of mind with this operator's ECO Certified conservation efforts.
