- You may ask the boat staff to assist you in taking photos. Travellers are encouraged to tip the tour guides and drivers
- This is a long trip. If you suffer from motion sickness, take proper precautions in advance
- To protect the local ecosystem, please do not touch the whale sharks and do not apply sunscreen before swimming. Travellers are advised to wear long-sleeved clothes for UV protection. Follow the safety instructions and keep an appropriate distance from the whale sharks. Any violation may result in fines and penalties

Purchase Summary
- Please book at least 2 days ahead of your desired departure date
- The itinerary may change due to the number of travellers, traffic, and weather conditions
- Additional fees will be charged for exceeding the trip duration
• Car: ₱300 per hour
• Minivan: ₱350 per hour
• Van: ₱400 per hour - Surcharge applies to pick-ups outside Metro Cebu
- If travellers wish to travel to Moalboal, Badian, or Kawasan Falls after the Oslob tour, there is a surcharge of ₱2500 to be paid directly to the driver. Entrance fees will be paid by the travellers on-site
- This is a private tour and a minimum of 2 travellers are required for the tour to operate
- The pick-up time is from 4:00 am to 5:00 am so we can reach the destination before the whale shark activity closes
- large size luggage is not allowed; hand-carry items only. If you wish to bring large size luggage, please book the Oslob Transfer Service (tour service and fees are not included)
- International travellers are advised to download Viber to contact the organizer and driver
- Driver details will be sent via Viber 1 day before the departure date
- Airport transfers will be from Mactan-Cebu International Airport
- For airport transfers add-on, it is advised to book the pick-up a day before the actual tour
