The one-hour quad bike tour is for the adventurous who want to explore the immediate surroundings of the Ranch de Diabat (near Essaouira). Nature is still intact here and we attach great importance to respecting the animals, plants and people we encounter.
Before you set off, we will help you choose the right helmet and there will be a short test ride to try out the quad bike and get a few valuable tips. We start in Diabat and drive towards the beach, past the Sultan's palace, which is almost submerged in the sand. Once on the beach, you should follow the guide's trail. We pass fishermen's huts and reach freshwater springs that spring directly from the beach and help the animals to quench their thirst. The way back leads along a winding track further inland over dunes and through the mimosa and eucalyptus forest.
Only the most experienced guides will lead you on the sand dunes and through the small forest of eucalyptus and mimosa.

Our adventure starts in Diabat, a village near Essaouira. Our pick-up service will take you there. Here you can choose a suitable helmet and there will be an introduction to the use of the quad. You will then take a test drive to make sure you are comfortable with this vehicle.
The sultan's palace, half submerged in the sand, looks magical and inspires the imagination to visualise what this building might once have looked like.
Evade over beaches, dunes, freshwater springs until the big dunes of Cap Sim. The beach south of Essaouira is kilometres long and you meet less and less people the further you get away from Essaouira. Quad biking is great fun here!
