- In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 1 day(s) before departure (local time 15:00). Notifications will then be sent via email

- Travelers with the following conditions or other health issues that could be worsened by excessive stimulation should not participate in this activity
- Please arrive at the designated location 10 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
- The high-speed ferry is air-conditioned so it may feel cold, so we recommend that you bring something to put on over your clothes.
- The vehicle journey is relatively long and involves travelling along hilly roads, so we recommend that you bring motion sickness medication with you.
- Please let us know the names and birth dates of all participants in order to arrange the high-speed ferry tickets.
- Please bring a copy of your passport (screenshot is acceptable) with you on the day of the tour. You will need to show this when boarding the high-speed ferry.
- Please bring your own cash as you will need it to purchase snacks, drinking water, etc. and for the ATV experience.
- A Japanese guide will take you from the hotel to the port, and a local Japanese guide will guide you around Bohol. After arriving in Cebu, a driver holding a sign will take you to the hotel.
