- The color and model of the car will not be specified. The actual car dispatch will be based on the day.
- The service staff will contact you one day before departure. Please make sure that the network function is smooth and pay attention to the messages on your mobile phone and communication software.
- If the departure or return location is outside Taipei city (including mountainous or remote areas), the actual fare will be calculated based on the route ordered by the passenger. The amount will be attached to the voucher. Please pay it to the driver on site.
- Please get on the bus at the designated location on time. If you are late, the driver has the right to refuse to pick up the passenger.
- If you depart before 08:00 in the morning, or if your itinerary exceeds 22:00 in the evening, an additional fee of NT$500 will be charged and must be paid in cash on site.
- Within 30 minutes of the private charter car being overdue, the cost is NT$300 for a five-seater car and NT$400 for a nine-seater car; and so on, additional charges will be added every 30 minutes.
- Please note that if any attractions are overtime due to traffic control or traffic jams caused by natural factors, overtime fees will be charged.
- The following behaviors are prohibited in the car: smoking, eating, wearing sunscreen, taking off shoes, littering, and opening windows and making dangerous moves. If the items in the car are damaged or dirty, compensation will be paid according to the price, and cash will be paid on site. Please know .
