Meeting points for travelers that are in downtown hotels and airbnb's or any location that we can't reach: Cancun Meeting Point: Wyndham Garden Cancun The pick up time is set acording to your location, the travelers that doesn't provide pick up location will need to get in contact with us as soon as posible, otherwise we will be not be able to provide the service If you are traveling with an infant, you need to notify the supplier, if not, the infant won't have access to the transportation

Ticket Redemption
The boarding pass will be delivered to the customer, it has to be printed. The customer has to be checking the email they used to make the reservation. No refund will be provided if the customer does not print the right boarding pass
