An entertaining and informative city tour in the historic center of the city of Würzburg. The personally moderated tour takes you to the most beautiful and important monuments and sights in Franconia's oldest city. The city and contemporary history, architecture and art eras, personalities and events from over 1,300 years of history can be experienced in a relaxed manner on short paths - from the Middle Ages to the Baroque period to the 19th century and to the current modern era.
The tour is completely barrier-free. Short running routes. Seating options are available during the tour, among other things. during church interior tours and at the market square.
Mr. Karl has been looking after travel groups, individual guests, families, school classes, adult education centers, conferences, etc. since 2003. in his hometown Würzburg and in Franconia. He is an official and independent tour guide for the city of Würzburg.

Wurzburg Residenz
The history and special features of the Würzburg Residence from the outside - a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1981 and one of the most important baroque palaces in Europe.
Tour of the Romanesque St. Kilian's Cathedral from the outside and, if accessible, also from the inside. Experience the exciting mix of High Romanesque, Baroque, 1950s reconstruction and interior design from modern decades.
Neumuenster
The Neumünsterstift impresses with its elaborate facade and valuable interior furnishings. You will hear the Franconian legend of St. Kilian, which is closely linked to the Neumünster, receive clear explanations about the modern art and the works of historical eras in the interior and find out why the dome, which is far too large, is actually in the wrong place.
