an aboundant charcuterie with local products of cheeses and prosciutto, salami. Vegetaian and vegan options available on request
MAIN - Pappa al pomodoro
a traditional Tuscan first course, very similar to a soup, made with bread and tomato
DESSERT - Cake of the day or cantucci biscuit
at the end of the tasting, we will serve a slice of the cake of the day or a portion of cantucci, traditional Tuscan biscuits
