"Everything started with our grandfather making wine in an open winery under the shadow of a huge walnut tree. From the very childhood I used to learn about primitive tools for cleaning qvevry , grape pressing and wine fermentation. Reaching my forties, I realized that it's time to return to the point, where everything started . And I installed my first Qvevri."
