This activity is stroller-friendly and operator has ample space to store stroller during tour. Due to jetty limitations whilst operator cannot load wheelchairs. If clients are able to with assistance board, this activity is wheelchair-friendly
If there will be no sightings of whales, you will be given a voucher to join another whale watching cruise for free, however we have a 99.9% sighting rate so we are confident you will see whales. On the occasion we should not see whales - a return tour is valid for 12 months between May - Nov and photo id must be provided upon rebooking to confirm identity
This is very popular and peak times book fast, so it is advised that you book your seat 7-10 days ahead of time

- Spot migrating Humpback and Southern right whales as they leave the cold, food rich Antarctic waters and begin arriving in Augusta around June
- The Southern rights have their calves close to shore while the Humpbacks are continuing their journey north to their breeding grounds in warmer water
- Augusta is perfectly placed to view these spectacular wild animals as they make their way past, often stopping off for a rest and play
