Here you can visit the beautiful beaches of Isla Mujeres, we will take you to the famous beach called Playa Norte which is known worldwide for its incredible and amazing beauty

(Subject to Option Inclusions)The Mexican Yucatan peninsula is one of the few places in the world where you can share the water with the largest fish in the world, the whale shark. After seeing a whale shark, you will have the opportunity to dive into the water and dive with it (weather permitting) to have an encounter with wildlife that few people can experience. Then we divide the group in couples, every couple will enter to swim in a consecutive order, they will always be guided by the certified guide that will be assigned by boat, the swims can be 1 or a maximum of 3 times per couple, clarifying that depending on how much sharks are in the area is the number of times that the swim will be done. If we find less than 5 shark whale, we will make only the sightseeing. Once the swim is finished, the captain will mark the course towards the north beach of Isla Mujeres to swim for a while and make a snack with an approximate of 45 minutes, finishing we will go back to marina Punta Sam. Unfortunately we can´t guarantee the whale shark sightseeing but in most of the cases we find them

If your hotel is not listed please let us know in which hotel are you staying so a representative of our company can contact you to indicate the correct place and time of your pickup. We ask you to indicate the hotel where you are staying in the special requirements box and also with your email. This service has 2 schedules: Classic and Deluxe Option. The schedules vary according to the hotel, our representative will indicate the exact schedule via mail or via text message. For this tour, we do not have departures on the 30th of each month due to Whale Shark Conservation Day. It is important to mention that for TULUM option this service is only bookable for Monday and Saturdays. You will receive confirmation at the time of booking, unless you reserve 7 days or less before the trip. In that case you will receive confirmation within 48 hours, provided there is availability. To organize the tour, a minimum number of passengers is necessary. It is possible that the tour is canceled after confirmation if there is not a sufficient number of passengers. In the event that this happens, you will be offered the option to make the excursion on another date or you will be refunded the full amount. Please select round trip from Cancun if your hotel is in hotel zone of Cancun, Playa mujeres, downtown and Riviera Cancun. If you are in Puerto Morelos or Playa del Carmen select Playa del Carmen option. And if your hotel is between Xcaret and Super Aki Tulum please select roundtrip from Tulum.

- CLASSIC OPTION: The season starts from Jun 2 to September 15, the departure is at Marina Hacienda Del Mar Punta Sam at 7:30 am. DELUXE OPTION: The season starts from Jun 2 to September 15, the departure is at Marina Punta Norte (Carretera Punta Sam Marina km 2 + 050) at 9:30 am.

Do not use sunscreen the reason; the fish feeds on microorganisms that are on the surface of the water and at the time of swimming the blocker releases the body mixing with the food of the fish will suffer damage to it, the use of a lifejacket is mandatory at all times. The guide will be in charge of providing the necessary information to make this activity a very pleasant and unforgettable experience. (dock tax, photos, neoprene suit and tip not included) Not recommended for pregnant women or people with heart or back problems. The use of sunscreen for animals is prohibited It is recommended that you take some medication to prevent dizziness
