In our land you can breathe the atmosphere of the past, where the technique and the typical varieties of cheeses and mozzarella have been handed down for generations, remaining faithfully attached to seasonality. Guided by an expert master cheese maker, we will put our "hands on the dough" and try the processing and making of these dairy products, with the use of wooden tools. The cheesemaker will make mozzarella, burrata, nodini and stracciatella before our eyes and the participants will have the opportunity to create their first milk products and taste the finished product, accompanied by local cold cuts and good Apulian wine.
Guided by an expert master cheesemaker we will visit the farm, where you can breathe the atmosphere of the past and the technique and varieties typical of cheeses and mozzarella have been handed down for generations. We will learn the characteristics of local products: mozzarella, burrata, nodini and stracciatella (typical Apulian dairy products) will no longer have secrets! The visit will be held by a professional cheesemaker who will reveal the ingredients and the cheesemaking process of this extraordinary food: His Majesty the mozzarella. The experience will end with a rich tasting of dairy products, all accompanied by Apulian wine.
