Your voucher is not the ticket, redeem your tickets at the Touristation Office in Viale Vaticano 95 ( 50 meters from the Vatican Museums entrance). The chosen time must be respected. Latecomers will not be accommodated. The Vatican Museums reserve the right to close any section, including the Sistine Chapel, due to unforeseen circumstances. The closure of any museum section does not entitle visitors to any refund.
