Learn to make pasta from the chefs of our farm table Gourmet restaurant. Learn the secrets of traditional cuisine passed down from our parents and grandparents using ingredients from our farm and nearby farms. Total fun learning to make dishes that you can recreate at home. Have an amazing activity in one of the most historical & picturesque properties. Pienza: before & after the class spend time on our beautiful property. Amazing views of Val D´Orcia while learning the secrets of the Italian cuisine. Our farm-to-table restaurant ensures that all our dishes are made with locally sourced and seasonally fresh ingredients. Our Chef will guide you in creating typical Tuscan recipes, including handmade pasta, cantucci biscuits and more. The lesson includes lunch of the preparations made at the table with drinks sold separately, and a nice souvenir to remember this unique experience! *Not including wine, but, wine is available for sale during the class and for lunch.

Podere Spedalone offers cooking lessons to learn the secrets of Tuscan cuisine with the traditions handed down by our parents and our grandparents, using the products of our farm, as well as those of nearby farms. Everything is handmade, including all pasta, bread and desserts. Our restaurant is farm-to-table, which means our ingredients are locally sourced and seasonally fresh. Fresh herbs, vegetables and fruits are used from our organic garden. You're guaranteed home-grown flavors that are true to the season. The lesson consists of creating typical Tuscan recipes, accompanied by our Chef who will guide you in their creation We start with making 2 kinds of pasta, typical from the area, with traditional recipes and all made by hand! The famous Tagliatelle or Pappardelle are then made with the same hand-rolled pasta, which will be seasoned with a delicious tomato or meat sauce. Finally, the secrets of Cantucci -italian cookies- will be taught! Following the class a lunch of the preparations made are served at a table either outside when the weather is appropriate Overlooking the picturesque val d'Orcia Or in our historical dining room!!
